Cody McAllister Co-Founder
A Colorado native, Cody was inspired at an early age to pursue a career in Architecture and Construction. Influenced by his father who has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, and having the opportunity to study Architecture in High School, his passion for Architecture and Design grew at a young age.
Cody has been influenced by many regions and cultures, growing up in Colorado, San Diego and Hawaii, he recognizes the influence of these experiences in his Designs. Cody graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Architectural Design from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2001. A major focus in his studies was related to sustainable design principles, and he brings that influence into practice with MicroStructures. During college he would spend his summers in Colorado working in construction, and found this experience invaluable to his overall growth in Architecture. He moved back to Colorado in 2001 following his graduation from college, and thoroughly loves the culture and lifestyle Colorado has to offer. During his career in Architecture he has had the opportunity to work on a variety of project types, primarily mixed-use urban infill, commercial, and hospitality.
